We understand that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier, we have a no-hassle 7 day return and exchange policy. All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
What I can Return?
You may request returns for most items you buy from KeziahFashions.com, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable. For details of time frame for requesting returns please refer to our returns policy below. We have 7 days Refund or Exchange Policy, hence, any such request must be made within 7 days time. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
Conditions for Free Replacement/Refund?
In order to be eligible for a free replacement, an item must be within the eligible return table. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is Received and collected by us. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:
- Item received is different from what was ordered
- Defective item/does not work properly

When will I get my refund?
Once return request is approved, refund will be processed through NEFT mode of payment. It may take 6-7 days to reflect in your source payment account.
Shipping
Return shipping will be arranged by KeziahFashions. For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.
Refunds and Exchanges
After We have received your valid return, We will analyse the product which must be in unused original condition with price tag and original packing material. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, or online refund to the original method of payment used to pay for the item.
Order Cancellations
If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
General
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
