  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from KeziahFashions.com.
  • Items on sale, clearance, or purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. 
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you have not received your refund within the specified time, please contact your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

  • We allow exchanges only for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Lingerie, innerwear, and accessories due to hygiene reasons.
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products.
  • Items purchased under promotions, flash sales, or final clearance.
  • Items ordered in error.
  • No longer needed.
  • Available at a cheaper price.
  • Unauthorized purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping charges, after verification.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before shipment.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the return policy will apply.
  • If an order is cancelled by KeziahFashions.com due to stock unavailability or other reasons, a full refund will be provided.
